Brotherhood and Elite members are coach-assigned. Access members self-select based on current body composition. All tracks include gym, home gym, and travel variations.

FOUNDATION (Inconsistent gym goers, returning after time off)

Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
INSTALL THE FOUNDATION

Movement patterns, habit installation, metabolic reset. 4-day training split with daily step targets. Learning to execute consistently.

Level 2 - Weeks 17-32
BUILD THE BASE

Increased training volume, progressive overload introduced, conditioning work added. Nutrition precision tightened. Strength benchmarks set.

Level 3 - Weeks 33-48
LOCK IN THE STANDARD

Advanced hypertrophy programming, full Fuel Code integration, performance benchmarks. The man who finishes Level 3 is ready to graduate tracks.

GOAL: Build baseline strength and install discipline

COMPOSITION (Lift regularly but stuck, want waist reduction + visible muscle)

Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
RECALIBRATE & RECOMPOSE

Dual Fuel Method introduced. 5-day split with LISS cardio 4x/week. Structured carb cycling begins. Target: visible shoulder/chest development and waist reduction.

Level 2 - Weeks 17-32

POWER (Leaner men ready for progressive overload, want size and density)

Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
BUILD THE FOUNDATION OF STRENGTH

Heavy compound movements: squat, bench, deadlift, row. 6-10 rep strength range. Higher carb fueling for performance. Focus on chest, shoulders, and back width.

Level 2 - Weeks 17-32
ADD SIZE & DENSITY

Volume increases, accessory work intensifies, periodization introduced. Strength benchmarks pushed. Visible size and density become the standard.

Level 3 - Weeks 33-48
PEAK POWER OUTPUT

Advanced periodization, max strength cycles, power-hypertrophy hybrid programming. The strongest, most muscular version of this man - built by the code.

GOAL: Build chest, shoulders, back width.

SHRED (Vacation/event prep, already disciplined, want visible abs)

Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
CUT & DEFINE

Carb cycling protocol, density circuits, HIT conditioning. Midsection sharpening begins. Nutrition precision is non-negotiable. Target: visible abs and definition.

Level 2 - Weeks 17-32
SUSTAIN & SHARPEN

Metabolic conditioning intensifies, advanced carb cycling, muscle retention protocols. The physique holds its definition while conditioning peaks.

Level 3 - Weeks 33-48
ELITE CONDITIONING

Competition-level conditioning protocols, full body recomposition maintenance, peak week strategy. The sharpest, most conditioned version-built to last.
