Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
INSTALL THE FOUNDATION
Movement patterns, habit installation, metabolic reset. 4-day training split with daily step targets. Learning to execute consistently.
Level 2 - Weeks 17-32
BUILD THE BASE
Increased training volume, progressive overload introduced, conditioning work added. Nutrition precision tightened. Strength benchmarks set.
Level 3 - Weeks 33-48
LOCK IN THE STANDARD
Advanced hypertrophy programming, full Fuel Code integration, performance benchmarks. The man who finishes Level 3 is ready to graduate tracks.
GOAL: Build baseline strength and install discipline
Level 1 - Weeks 1-16
RECALIBRATE & RECOMPOSE
Dual Fuel Method introduced. 5-day split with LISS cardio 4x/week. Structured carb cycling begins. Target: visible shoulder/chest development and waist reduction.
